What is polymer clay?
Polymer clay is a synthetic modeling clay made from PVC, otherwise known as polyvinyl chloride. It hardens with hear and is plastic based so it is durable and lasts extremely well.
How lightweight is polymer clay?
My heaviest pair to date has weighed less than a quarter. They are super lightweight and I forget that I have mine on most of the time until they sway.
How durable is polymer clay?
Polymer clay is super durable and also flexible when cured properly. Please do not bend your earrings on purpose. While they are bendy, they are not indestructible and they will break if you try to break them.
How do I care for my pieces?
- Use a lint free cloth or cotton swab to spot clean with water or rubbing alcohol.
- Avoid showering or swimming with earrings on.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
My ears are sensitive, what is the metal made of?
I use stainless steel 316L. If any other metals are used, they are listed in the description section of said product listing.
My ears are incredibly sensitive, so I have personally tested many earring findings to find hypoallergenic metals to use.
I do have plastic studs available as well.
How quickly do you ship? What are your transit times?
Processing times is between 3-5 business days. Time may increase during the holiday season up to 8 business days.
Made to order items have a processing time of 10-14 business days. These items will be labeled clearly as "Made To Order" in title and product description.
Please note that processing time and shipping times are different. Processing time is the time it takes me to make and package the items. Shipping time is the time it takes to get to the seller through delivery service.
If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, the buyer is responsible for paying for reshipment.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You can request an order cancellation within 24 hours after purchase. After the 24 hour mark, or orders over $100, cancellations will not be accepted. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact.
Due to the handmade nature and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
What do I do if my tracking hasn't updated?
Unfortunately once your package is in the carrier's hands, it is out of my control. Please reach out to me and I will do what I can to find out where your package is.
